Para KIDS! is a Latina-led bilingual education company powered by the belief that language is a superpower.
At Para KIDS!, we believe learning should be joyful and inclusive. Our books and workshops blend storytelling, hands-on activities, and real-world skills to help children thrive in today’s multicultural world.
Whether at home or in the classroom, our resources empower families and educators to nurture confident, curious, and culturally aware kids.
Who we Are
Daniela Palacios created Para KIDS! because she recognized the difficulties her younger brother, Xavier, faced in communicating with their bilingual family in Spanish. She began writing bilingual books in high school because she wanted her brother to grow up understanding and appreciating their family’s cultures and traditions.
Daniela was raised in Newark, NJ and she is currently a junior at Columbia University in the City of New York.
As a Latina author, founder, and social entrepreneur, Daniela is committed to helping children overcome linguistic and cultural barriers through bilingual books.
